PageKeeper
Stale page cleanup for Confluence · by Equinox Labs Co
Wikis rot. PageKeeper finds the Confluence pages your team stopped touching — the stale, the duplicated, the contradicting, the orphaned — gives each an AI verdict, and helps you clear the dead weight so the wiki stays something people trust.
Getting started
- Install PageKeeper from the Atlassian Marketplace. Open it from the Confluence Apps menu.
- Pick a space (or all spaces) and a staleness threshold in days, then it scans automatically.
- Click AI triage for a keep / review / archive verdict and a one-line reason on each page (it weighs view counts where Confluence provides them).
- Select the pages you trust the verdict on and Archive them — in bulk, with a confirm and a CSV receipt.
What it finds
- Stale pages — untouched past your threshold, with an AI keep/review/archive verdict and a "stale by meaning" check that catches pages outdated by content even if recently edited.
- Conflict Finder — pages that duplicate or contradict each other, with the conflicting lines quoted and a recommendation on which to keep.
- Orphans — pages nothing else links to, found by walking the real link graph (not just the page tree).
- Wiki Health — a 0–100 score you can trend over time so governance doesn't live in one admin's head.
Safety
- Every read and every archive runs as you — Confluence's permissions always apply.
- Archive, never delete — everything is restorable from Confluence's archive.
- Space homepages are protected; protect any page from archiving with a do-not-archive label.
- Bulk actions are confirm-gated with a full receipt of what changed.
Privacy
PageKeeper runs entirely on Atlassian. Your page content never leaves Atlassian's infrastructure. See the Privacy Policy & Data Handling.
Pricing
