PageKeeper

Stale page cleanup for Confluence · by Equinox Labs Co

Wikis rot. PageKeeper finds the Confluence pages your team stopped touching — the stale, the duplicated, the contradicting, the orphaned — gives each an AI verdict, and helps you clear the dead weight so the wiki stays something people trust.

Getting started

  1. Install PageKeeper from the Atlassian Marketplace. Open it from the Confluence Apps menu.
  2. Pick a space (or all spaces) and a staleness threshold in days, then it scans automatically.
  3. Click AI triage for a keep / review / archive verdict and a one-line reason on each page (it weighs view counts where Confluence provides them).
  4. Select the pages you trust the verdict on and Archive them — in bulk, with a confirm and a CSV receipt.
